The Woodstock Poetry Festival

There is limited parking available at the North Chapel, which we are reserving for poets and anyone with accessibility needs. If you fit into the latter category, please contact us at hello@sundogpoetry.org so we can arrange to have a space reserved for you.

Additional parking can be found on the street throughout Woodstock and at Woodstock Elementary School just a few blocks away on School Street.

The North Chapel is completely ADA compliant. There is a ramp in the front of the church for direct access to the Sanctuary. There is an elevator for access to all levels of the church - including the parlors, office, library, social hall, kitchen, Spiritual Exploration rooms, and meditation chapel. Restrooms are accessible on all levels and doorways to all rooms are ADA compliant.

Books from participating poets and more will be for sale at the North Chapel from Woodstock’s own Yankee Bookshop.

The Poetry Society of Vermont and Sundog Poetry will also have books for sale.

An offering of snacks and beverages will be available during both days of the festival. Attendees are encouraged to take a short walk into downtown Woodstock to enjoy lunch and dinner at any of Woodstock’s excellent restaurant options.

We also encourage attendees to consider takeout options. The North Chapel will remain open during Friday dinner and Saturday lunch and there are many spots inside and outside the church to eat takeout meals.
